Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Architect/Lead with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on implementation experience. This role requires expertise in ServiceNow Now Assist and Agentic AI, focusing on integrating these advanced AI solutions with upstream and downstream systems to drive business solutions. The ideal candidate will be adept at translating complex business requirements into clear technical architecture and solution diagrams for approval and implementation. This is a hybrid position based in Edison, NJ, requiring 2-3 days of on-site presence per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, with a strong emphasis on Now Assist and Agentic AI capabilities.
  • Design and implement integrations with upstream and downstream systems using Agentic AI to enhance business processes and outcomes.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed technical architecture and solution designs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop user stories with clear functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
  • Leverage hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, including mid-server functionalities and API integrations.
  • Manage the onsite-offshore model effectively, overseeing both client relationships and offshore development teams.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of ServiceNow projects, meeting timelines and quality standards.
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in ServiceNow, AI, and related technologies.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and architecture.
  • Proven experience with ServiceNow Now Assist and Agentic AI.
  • Strong understanding of AI-driven business solutions and system integrations.
  • Expertise in translating business needs into technical specifications and architectural designs.
  • Proficiency in creating detailed user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
  • In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including integrations, mid-server, and APIs.
  • Experience managing distributed teams (onsite/offshore) and client stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
