Job Title: ServiceNow Architect / Lead

Location: Edison, NJ (08820)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect or Senior Lead with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Now Assist and Agentic AI implementations. This role requires a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including MID Server, REST/SOAP API integrations, and workflow automation. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems and a solid grasp of solution architecture and design patterns. Experience in Agile methodologies and managing client interactions with offshore teams is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect robust ServiceNow solutions, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Lead the implementation of ServiceNow Now Assist and Agentic AI features.
  • Oversee and guide integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Develop and maintain workflows and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Ensure adherence to solution architecture and design best practices.
  • Manage client relationships, understand their requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Lead and mentor offshore development teams, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Contribute to Agile ceremonies, including writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, AI/ML advancements, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Senior Lead.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Now Assist and Agentic AI implementations.
  • Proven expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities, including:
    • MID Server
    • REST/SOAP API integrations
    • Workflow and automation
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems.
  • Strong understanding of solution architecture and design patterns.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies, including writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Demonstrated experience managing client interactions and offshore teams.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, or equivalent).
  • Experience with AI/ML-driven automation in enterprise platforms.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $70 – $90 per year (Estimated)

Location: Edison, NJ
