Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Security & Risk Solution Architect to lead critical projects focused on enhancing security and risk management capabilities within our client’s ServiceNow platform. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow’s Risk, Security Incident Response (SIR), and Vulnerability Response (VR) modules, coupled with extensive experience in platform architecture, development, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Requirements workshops and design discussions for Security & Risk projects, providing expert consultation on both ServiceNow and Security & Risk best practices.
- Manage all critical project processes, including platform architecture documentation, integration documentation, work-effort estimation, and hands-on advanced development.
- Translate business requirements and user stories into fully functional features by collaborating closely with the implementation project team.
- Execute technical development and configuration at the highest standard of technical quality, providing guidance and mentorship to Junior and Mid-level developers.
- Provide technical design guidance within projects, adhering strictly to ServiceNow best practices.
- Understand and articulate how available technologies can be leveraged to solve complex business problems.
- Identify appropriate frameworks, platform applications, or technical stacks for creating robust solutions.
- Clearly define the scope, modules, and interdependencies of ServiceNow digital solutions.
- Ensure the future scalability and supportability of the ServiceNow digital solution.
- Develop complex technical solutions and provide peer review for completed work.
- Define the Risk vs. Value Proposition for third-party integrations with ServiceNow.
- Clearly communicate to stakeholders how Governance operates concerning the platform and specific projects.
- Provide strong support for Organizational Change Management initiatives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Delivery Services processes and the maturation of various portfolios, capabilities, expertise, and best practices, aligning with customer needs and requirements.
- Fulfill technical or process roles within projects as needed.
- Lead, educate, mentor, and develop Thirdera resources assigned to projects.
- Assist in the scoping of new opportunities and develop design tools and techniques for efficient delivery.
- Act as the final escalation point for technical decision-making within a project.
Top Skills Required
- ServiceNow SIR, VR, and Risk certifications are mandatory.
- Over 3 years of experience leading ServiceNow Risk projects as an Architect.
- 5+ years of overall experience working on the ServiceNow platform.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $70 – $90 per year (Estimated)
