Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Security & Risk Solution Architect for a 100% remote, 1+ year contract position. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience leading ServiceNow Risk projects as an Architect and hold certifications in ServiceNow SIR, VR, and Risk modules. This role involves leading the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR), and Risk Management modules. You will conduct requirement gathering workshops, translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions, and design end-to-end security and risk architecture, including integrations and data flow.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR), and Risk Management modules.
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Design end-to-end ServiceNow Security & Risk architecture, including integrations and data flow.
- Provide technical leadership across multiple ServiceNow risk/security projects.
- Develop and maintain platform architecture documentation and solution design artifacts.
- Perform advanced configuration and custom development on the ServiceNow platform.
- Define and implement best practices for ServiceNow Security & Risk modules.
- Lead integration design and implementation with third-party security tools (e.g., SIEM, vulnerability scanners).
- Drive governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks within ServiceNow.
- Provide technical mentoring and code reviews for junior and mid-level developers.
- Ensure scalability, performance, and security compliance of ServiceNow solutions.
- Lead effort estimation, sprint planning, and delivery tracking.
- Support organizational change management and platform adoption strategies.
- Evaluate risk vs. value proposition for integrations and customizations.
- Act as the final escalation point for all technical decision-making within the project.
