Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier technical talent in an increasingly competitive 2026 labor market. This remote position requires a high degree of self-motivation and the ability to manage complex recruitment cycles across various time zones. As a key member of the talent team, you will leverage advanced sourcing techniques, including AI-driven search tools and social professional networks like LinkedIn, to build a robust pipeline of candidates for critical IT and software engineering roles. The ideal candidate understands the nuances of the tech industry and can effectively communicate the value proposition of our partner organizations to prospective hires.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute full-cycle recruitment processes, from initial sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional platforms to identify passive candidates and build long-term talent communities.
  • Manage high-volume email communications and candidate inquiries through the Nvoids job portal and other internal systems.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies tailored to specific technical domains.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and pipeline health.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies to provide consultative advice to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and maintaining professional communication throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications and Skills

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within a fast-paced agency or corporate environment. Proficiency in using advanced Boolean search strings, social media sourcing, and modern ATS platforms is essential. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with technical professionals are critical for success in this role. Candidates should demonstrate a proven track record of meeting hiring targets and managing multiple priorities simultaneously. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent professional experience will be considered. Experience with remote collaboration tools and a disciplined approach to independent work are mandatory for this remote-first position.


Compensation & Location

Salary: $85,000 – $135,000 per year (Estimated)
