Position Overview

Orange Top Services LLC, a proudly women-owned staffing firm, is looking for a dynamic and networking-focused Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a professional who excels at building long-term relationships within the IT community and leveraging social platforms like LinkedIn and specialized Google Groups to source top-tier talent. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be the face of our organization, connecting with high-level IT professionals and matching them with career-defining opportunities across the United States.

Core Responsibilities

  • Execute full-cycle recruitment processes, from initial candidate sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of IT professionals through active networking on LinkedIn and participation in industry-specific groups.
  • Manage and grow professional networks, including LinkedIn groups and Google Groups, to ensure a steady flow of daily requirements and talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and cultural fit for various IT roles.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates in competitive markets like Idaho, Illinois, and beyond.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular updates on recruitment metrics.
  • Represent Orange Top Services LLC with professionalism, highlighting our status as a women-owned business and our commitment to diversity.

Candidate Sourcing & Networking

  • Develop innovative strategies for candidate engagement through social media and professional networking sites.
  • Actively participate in the ‘US Staffing’ community to stay abreast of market trends and competitor activity.
  • Foster a community-centric approach to recruiting by managing the ‘nvoids1’ and similar talent groups.
  • Provide a high-touch candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and timely feedback throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter within the US staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of Information Technology roles and the current tech landscape.
  • Expert-level proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other social sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for finding the ‘needle in the haystack’ candidate.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid environment based out of Schaumburg, IL.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $75,000 – $115,000 per year (Estimated)

Location: Schaumburg, IL
