Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly strategic and hands-on Test Architect with a strong focus on AI expertise to join our client’s team in Austin, TX. This is not a Test Automation Developer or Test Lead role; we require an architect who can define direction, guide teams, and ensure execution excellence. The ideal candidate will refine and execute an enterprise test strategy, build a clear roadmap, and drive measurable ROI across multiple teams. A key aspect of this role involves leveraging AI concepts and their application in testing.

- Articulate the thought process clearly while solving complex problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Refine and execute enterprise test strategy.
- Build and drive the testing roadmap.
- Lead cross-team implementation of testing initiatives.
- Demonstrate ROI and quality improvements resulting from implemented strategies.
- Architect scalable test automation frameworks.
- Drive test data management strategy.
- Promote Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) practices.
Required Experience:
- 10+ years in QA / Quality Engineering.
- Proven experience as a Test Architect in enterprise environments.
- Strong automation background, comfortable with a multi-tool ecosystem.
- Experience with SOA / API testing.
- Exposure to tools such as Parasoft, Informatica (for DB validation), and test data management tools.
- Experience with TDD and BDD methodologies.
- Strong communication skills and experience working with good companies.
Work Arrangement:
