Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly strategic and hands-on Test Architect with a strong focus on AI expertise to join our client’s team in Austin, TX. This is not a Test Automation Developer or Test Lead role; we require an architect who can define direction, guide teams, and ensure execution excellence. The ideal candidate will refine and execute an enterprise test strategy, build a clear roadmap, and drive measurable ROI across multiple teams. A key aspect of this role involves leveraging AI concepts and their application in testing.

Key Expectations:

  • Ability to approach problems analytically and discuss solutions in a structured manner.

  • Articulate the thought process clearly while solving complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Refine and execute enterprise test strategy.
  • Build and drive the testing roadmap.
  • Lead cross-team implementation of testing initiatives.
  • Demonstrate ROI and quality improvements resulting from implemented strategies.
  • Architect scalable test automation frameworks.
  • Drive test data management strategy.
  • Promote Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) practices.

Required Experience:

  • 10+ years in QA / Quality Engineering.
  • Proven experience as a Test Architect in enterprise environments.
  • Strong automation background, comfortable with a multi-tool ecosystem.
  • Experience with SOA / API testing.
  • Exposure to tools such as Parasoft, Informatica (for DB validation), and test data management tools.
  • Experience with TDD and BDD methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with good companies.

Work Arrangement:

Onsite from Day 1

Compensation & Location

Salary: $140,000 – $180,000 per year
