Job Description: SAP GTS Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP GTS Consultant to join our team for an onsite role in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP configuration, particularly within Sales and Distribution (SD) and Global Trade Services (GTS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configuration of SAP SD and GTS modules.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of SAP configuration experience.
  • Involvement in 2-3 full life cycle implementations of SAP GTS.
  • Experience with the design of enhancements and continuous improvement projects related to Global Trade Services (GTS).
  • Expertise in Compliance Management, including Sanctioned Party Lists, Embargoes, and Legal Controls.
  • Experience with Customs Management and its integration points with SAP ERP.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues within the SAP GTS environment.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Providing training and support to end-users.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest SAP GTS functionalities and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of relevant SAP configuration experience.
  • 2-3 full life cycle implementation experience with SAP GTS.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP GTS functionalities, including Compliance Management and Customs Management.
  • Strong understanding of SAP ERP integration with GTS.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Information:

  • This is an onsite position located in Austin, TX.
  • Local candidates are strongly preferred.
  • The role requires a W2 employment type.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $70,000 – $100,000 per year
