Role Overview:

Seeking a Python Backend Developer with strong expertise in Python web frameworks and backend development. The role focuses on building scalable backend services, developing REST APIs, and working across the full technology stack in an Agile environment. This is an exclusive opportunity for consultants who have previously worked with Apple.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain backend applications using Python frameworks such as Flask, Django, or aiohttp.
  • Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
  • Work across the full application stack, collaborating with small Agile teams.
  • Utilize Python data processing and ML libraries for application development.
  • Implement Python deployment strategies and backend infrastructure setup.
  • Follow software engineering best practices including version control, unit testing, and code quality standards.
  • Adapt quickly to new technologies and fast-paced development environments.

Required Technical Skills:

  • Programming: Python
  • Web Frameworks: Flask, Django, aiohttp
  • Python Libraries: NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, Polars, Plotly, SciKit-Learn, NLTK, Gensim, spaCy
  • Backend Tools: pymongo, Gunicorn, Nginx
  • Development Practices: Git, unit testing, Agile development

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of experience in Python backend development.
  • Must have prior experience working with Apple as a consultant.
  • Strong understanding of Python web frameworks and backend services.
  • Experience with data processing and ML libraries is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Must have a LinkedIn profile.

Special Requirements

Ex Apple Only. Onsite role. LinkedIn is Must for this role. Rate – 70/hr C2C (Including VMS Charges)

Compensation & Location

Salary: $145,600 – $166,400 per year

Location: Austin, TX
