Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team and support critical Salesforce and Java implementation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of workflow automation, extensive experience within Salesforce environments, and the ability to effectively translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions. This is a hybrid role based in Columbus, OH, requiring onsite interviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce and Java-based projects.
- Design and implement workflow automation solutions to improve business processes.
- Configure and customize Salesforce to meet specific business needs, ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Apply knowledge of laws, policies, and procedures to system implementation projects.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Participate in all phases of the system implementation lifecycle.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce and integrated systems.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in workflow automation.
- Proven experience in applying laws, policies, and procedures within system implementation contexts.
- A 2-year college degree or equivalent technical study/experience.
Highly Desired Skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications including Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Demonstrated experience working on significant Salesforce implementation projects.
- Experience leading digital workflow automation initiatives from conception to completion.
- Familiarity or experience with Ohio SACWIS is considered a strong asset.
Work Arrangement:
This is a hybrid position, offering a blend of remote and onsite work. Onsite interviews will be conducted.

Columbus, OH. Only local candidates residing in or near Columbus, OH will be considered for this role.
