Role Description:

Provide first-line and advanced technical support for a Life sciences customer. Troubleshoot, resolve, and document issues in SNOW. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure stable AWS-based application hosting. Support deployment activities and application upgrades in agile sprint cycles. Apply ITIL principles to manage incidents, problems, and changes efficiently. Maintain detailed documentation and knowledge base for recurring issues and fixes. Proactively monitor application health and performance using cloud and data tools. Communicate solutions and updates effectively to stakeholders and users.

Essential Skills:

  • Primary: Angular 10 with Strong .Net Core Web API Framework.
  • Knowledge in Web API, HTML, CSS, JSON and Restful Web API Services
  • AWS Cloud (infrastructure hosting and operations) and architecture
  • Monitoring Logging Tools

Secondary Skills:

  • ITIL Framework (incident, change, and problem management)
  • Agile Methodology (deployment and support processes)
  • Good knowledge of Python, AI concepts to help with automations (Value adds for customer)
  • PLSQL Basics

Key Competencies:

Strong knowledge focusing on support and enhancement requires strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, and SQL, combined with debugging, troubleshooting, and legacy code maintenance skills. Key competencies include cloud (Azure), API development, frontend frameworks (React/Angular), and DevOps tools (CI/CD) to deliver secure, efficient applications.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $60 – $60 per hour

Location: Chicago Ridge, IL
