Role Description:

Senior Salesforce Architect responsible for product ownership, multi-cloud solution design, and end-to-end integration strategy across Salesforce platforms, while driving stakeholder alignment and delivering scalable, high-quality solutions. The role requires exceptional communication, leadership, and architecture expertise, with 10-15 years of experience in enterprise Salesforce delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Salesforce product ownership across multiple clouds (Service, Sales, Experience, Pardot, Integration/MuleSoft, Analytics).
  2. Define and govern end-to-end multi-cloud architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
  3. Drive solution design in complex enterprise environments, aligning architecture with business strategy and roadmap.
  4. Lead technical vision, architectural decisions, and platform evolution across multiple business units.
  5. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical capabilities and deliverables.
  6. Oversee integrations between Salesforce and external systems (API-led, event-driven, middleware, MuleSoft, ETL).
  7. Provide technical leadership to onshore/offshore development teams, including code reviews and architectural oversight.
  8. Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, design patterns, governance, and compliance standards.
  9. Partner with cross-functional teams to drive platform adoption, process improvement, and automation.
  10. Manage platform backlog, prioritize enhancements, and ensure seamless release management.
  11. Mentor team members and promote continuous learning, architectural discipline, and innovation.
  12. Communicate complex architectural concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  13. Serve as the primary escalation point for platform issues requiring senior technical expertise.
  14. Lead architecture workshops, technical deep dives, and solution reviews with business and IT leadership.
  15. Maintain deep knowledge of emerging Salesforce features, ecosystem tools, and architectural frameworks.
