Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance Delivery Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for leading and managing SAP Finance implementations, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Finance modules, project management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end SAP Finance implementations, from planning to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including internal staff and external consultants.
• Oversee the successful implementation of SAP Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Consolidation.
• Ensure deep functional knowledge and demonstrated proficiency for IT enablement of SAP business processes, particularly in an S/4 construct.
• Manage integration points with other SAP functions such as Logistics, Order-to-Cash, and Procurement.
• Participate in multiple full-cycle global SAP implementations.
• Manage S4 Hana or SAP implementation teams, both internal and vendor partners.
• Develop and execute outcome-oriented strategies, building and sustaining meaningful business relationships.
• Act as a constructive challenger, driving solutions and facilitating different perspectives to challenge the status quo.
• Provide solid managerial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborate effectively with internal business, technical, and external consulting teams.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage and collaborate with teams across geographies in a global setup and cross-cultural context.
• Drive results in multi-partner environments, expanding across multiple geographies.
• Produce high-caliber dashboards, reports, analytics, papers, presentations, and thought leadership.

Desired Skills & Expertise:

• Minimum of 10-12 years of IT experience in end-user industry, IT consulting, or IT Product-based firms.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience directly managing S4 Hana or SAP implementations in workstreams such as Sales & Distribution, Finance, Supply Chain and Logistics, Procurement, Analytics, or Enterprise Data Management.
• Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
• High Learning Agility with an outcome-oriented and transformative mindset.
• Ability to create and execute outcome-oriented strategies.
• Must be a constructive challenger and assertive.
• Solid managerial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in a global setup with peers, leaders, and teams across geographies.

Qualifications:

• Formal training & certification in Program Management (PMP, etc.) and SAP Functional modules is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
