Position Summary
Nvoids is seeking a visionary Senior UI/UX Developer to join our high-performance team in Plano, Texas. This is a 100% onsite role located in the heart of the Plano technology corridor, a hub for innovation and corporate excellence. In the digital landscape of 2026, user experience is the primary differentiator for enterprise software. You will be the champion of the user, ensuring that every interaction is meaningful and every interface is a masterpiece of functional design.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead the frontend design and development of responsive, high-performance web applications using ReactJS and modern CSS-in-JS frameworks.
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed visual mockups using Figma, ensuring a seamless transition from design to code.
- Conduct comprehensive user research, including A/B testing and usability labs, to gather actionable insights and iterate on complex user interfaces.
- Collaborate daily with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Stakeholders to translate functional requirements into elegant, user-centric journeys.
- Maintain and evolve our enterprise design system, utilizing design tokens to ensure visual consistency across web, mobile, and internal platforms.
- Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and strict adherence to WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards.
- Stay at the forefront of UI/UX trends, including the integration of Generative UI components and AI-assisted design workflows.
- Organize complex content hierarchies and deliver detailed UX documentation, including site maps, user flows, and technical specifications.
- Mentor junior designers and developers, fostering a culture of design excellence, empathy for the user, and continuous technical improvement.
- Participate in architectural discussions to ensure frontend technologies align with backend capabilities in Java, Spring, and AWS environments.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in UI/UX development, with a portfolio that showcases a deep understanding of user psychology and technical mastery. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is required. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 (Sass/Less), and modern JavaScript (ES2025+) is mandatory. You must have extensive experience with ReactJS, AJAX, and jQuery, as well as a strong grasp of state management libraries. Familiarity with backend ecosystems like Java/Spring and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Kafka) is a significant advantage for this role, as you will be working on full-stack integrated products.
