Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Golang Developer to join our team and build scalable backend services and APIs for enterprise financial systems. This is a contract position with a hybrid work model, requiring 2-3 days onsite in Phoenix, AZ.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust backend services and APIs using Golang.
- Design and implement microservices architecture.
- Integrate with various data sources using SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Optimize application performance and scalability.
- Work with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Golang (Go).
- Extensive experience in building Microservices and RESTful APIs.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms, with a preference for AWS.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Kafka.
- Background in fintech.
Work Environment:
- Hybrid role: 2-3 days onsite in Phoenix, AZ.
