Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated SAP SuccessFactors Integration Analyst to join our dynamic HR Technology team. This is a critical role responsible for managing the end-to-end integration landscape between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), and a variety of third-party systems. As we move into 2026, the complexity of HR data ecosystems continues to grow, and this position is at the forefront of ensuring seamless data flow, system integrity, and operational excellence across our global HR and Payroll platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver comprehensive integration solutions for SAP SuccessFactors EC, EC Payroll, and other modules, utilizing both standard pre-packaged integrations and custom-built interfaces.
- Lead the entire integration lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering and vendor coordination to design, development, rigorous testing, and final deployment.
- Collaborate extensively with third-party vendors to define technical data requirements, establish project timelines, implement robust error-handling mechanisms, and ensure SLA compliance.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions by developing detailed Functional Design Documentation (FDD) and technical specifications.
- Manage integration flows between SAP SuccessFactors and external systems such as Workforce Software, finance platforms, time tracking tools, and on-premise legacy applications.
- Perform complex data mapping, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and consistency across disparate systems.
- Ensure all integrations adhere to the highest security, compliance, and performance standards, working closely with internal IT security and audit teams.
- Conduct unit, system, and end-to-end integration testing, managing defect resolution and maintaining up-to-date documentation including flow diagrams and error logs.
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process optimizations by collaborating with other SuccessFactors module leads.
- Maintain a growth mindset, with the flexibility to learn additional SAP SuccessFactors modules and undergo advanced training to enhance consulting expertise.
Technical Requirements and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess 3 to 6 years of deep experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with a specific focus on Employee Central and Payroll integration. You must demonstrate a strong understanding of EC data models, EC-Payroll replication protocols, and industry best practices for HRIS integrations. Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or Dell Boomi is highly valued, as is familiarity with Workforce Software modules for time, absence, and scheduling. Beyond technical prowess, we require a professional with exceptional analytical, organizational, and time management skills. You must be able to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This role requires the ability to work independently while remaining a collaborative team player. Candidates must be prepared for occasional weekend or holiday work to meet critical project deadlines and be willing to travel by auto or air as business needs dictate.
