Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Consultant to join our team for a high-profile project with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in Boston, MA. This role is critical for driving supply chain excellence through the implementation and optimization of SAP IBP modules. The successful candidate will leverage their deep technical expertise to design solutions that align with complex business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with S/4HANA environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP IBP modules, including Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), Demand, Supply, and Inventory.
- Configure and customize Order-Based Planning (OBP) and Time-Series based planning models to support strategic business goals.
- Manage data integration processes using SAP Cloud Integration for Data Services (CPI-DS) and Real-Time Integration (RTI) with S/4HANA.
- Develop and maintain SAP IBP Control Tower dashboards to provide comprehensive supply chain visibility and alerting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate functional business needs into robust technical specifications.
- Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide expert post-go-live support and troubleshooting.
- Optimize supply chain planning processes by applying industry best practices and advanced application modeling techniques.
Technical Requirements
- Proven proficiency in SAP IBP functionalities, specifically OBP, SOP, Supply, and Control Tower modules.
- Extensive hands-on experience with data integration tools such as CI-DS (CPI-DS) or RTI in an S/4HANA landscape.
- Strong foundational knowledge of Supply Chain Management (SCM) principles and planning practices.
- Demonstrated ability in application modeling within the SAP IBP framework.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in SAP consulting, with a significant focus on IBP implementations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- SAP IBP certification is highly preferred.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $150,000 – $190,000 per year (Estimated)
