Position Summary
RulesIQ is currently seeking a motivated IT Analyst to support and enhance Supply Chain and Finance Systems for our client, Midea, located in Parsippany, NJ. This onsite role is designed for a professional who can act as a vital bridge between technical development teams and business stakeholders. You will be responsible for optimizing system performance and streamlining operational workflows to support Midea’s growing logistics and financial operations.
Core Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve Supply Chain and Finance systems to ensure they meet evolving business needs.
- Support the maintenance and enhancement of ERP systems, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
- Utilize advanced data analysis skills in Excel, SQL, and Python to generate insights and optimize supply chain metrics.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to manage and improve Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and user training guides.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization within inventory management and transportation logistics.
- Facilitate clear communication between business units and IT to define and implement system requirements.
Required Skills and Experience
- 1-2 years of professional experience in IT Systems Analysis, specifically within Supply Chain or Finance domains.
- Hands-on experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms).
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools, including SQL and advanced Excel; Python experience is highly preferred.
- Foundational knowledge of logistics, inventory control, transportation, and warehousing processes.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach to system documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is a significant advantage for communicating with global stakeholders.
- Experience in the consumer electronics or home appliance industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in an onsite, collaborative environment.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 per year
