Position Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead critical initiatives within our Banking and Financial Services division in Atlanta, GA. This role is specifically tailored for a professional with over a decade of experience in the financial sector, particularly those who have a deep functional and technical understanding of Financial Transaction Manager (FTM) systems. In the rapidly evolving financial landscape of 2026, project management requires more than just tracking timelines; it requires a strategic understanding of regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and the complex data flows inherent in modern banking transactions. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of high-stakes projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Given the sensitive nature of banking data, a strong grasp of security protocols and financial auditing requirements is mandatory. We are looking for a leader who can navigate the complexities of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, adapting their approach to the specific needs of the project. This position is strictly for local candidates in the Atlanta area, as frequent onsite collaboration at our financial hub is required. A valid Driver’s License is a prerequisite for this role to facilitate travel between local sites. You will be expected to provide regular status reports to executive leadership, manage project budgets exceeding several million dollars, and ensure that all deliverables align with the long-term strategic goals of the bank. Your expertise in BFSS (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) project management will be the key to your success in this high-impact role.
