Position Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of complex, integration-heavy platforms in Austin, TX. This is a long-term onsite opportunity for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The successful candidate will take full ownership of the product lifecycle and drive measurable outcomes through strategic planning and execution.
Core Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial concept and discovery through launch and continuous iteration.
- Develop and maintain high-quality Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), articulating complex requirements with minimal supervision.
- Lead product decision-making processes across features, workflows, and intricate system integrations.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of business, technical, and user impacts, particularly for high-priority initiatives.
- Define, track, and analyze product metrics to measure performance, user adoption, reliability, and overall business value.
- Prioritize the product roadmap based on strategic business goals, customer feedback, technical feasibility, and resource availability.
- Collaborate seamlessly with engineering, design, QA, compliance, and various stakeholder teams to ensure alignment.
- Operate with a high degree of independence, making informed trade-offs to progress work efficiently.
- Understand solution architecture sufficiently to explain design choices and guide technical execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related decisions, communicating progress to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Professional Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing integration-heavy platforms and a strong ability to translate business needs into actionable technical deliverables. You must demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority. Experience in the Austin tech market is a plus, as is a background in software engineering or systems architecture. We require a Product Manager who is data-driven and possesses a keen eye for detail. You should be comfortable navigating ambiguity and making critical decisions that impact the long-term success of the platform. Excellent communication skills are mandatory, as you will be interacting with high-level stakeholders and technical teams daily. This role demands a high level of accountability and a passion for building products that solve real-world problems.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $155,000 – $210,000 per year (Estimated)
