Position Summary
Agile Enterprise Solutions is looking for a seasoned Salesforce Product Operations Manager for a long-term contract engagement in Dallas, TX. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between product vision and operational excellence. You will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and continuous optimization of Salesforce-based products, ensuring that the platform scales effectively to meet the evolving needs of the business. This is an onsite position reserved for local candidates who can collaborate effectively with our engineering and business teams.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic roadmap planning for Salesforce products, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and technical feasibility.
- Coordinate complex release cycles, managing enhancements and maintaining a prioritized backlog in an Agile environment.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), adoption metrics, and operational health scores to drive data-driven product improvements.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and technical engineering teams to resolve conflicts and clarify requirements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and change management frameworks.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure the team adheres to Agile best practices for delivery.
- Identify opportunities for automation within the Salesforce ecosystem to reduce manual overhead and improve user experience.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through regular reporting and transparent communication regarding project status and risks.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, specifically in Admin, Product Operations, or Product Management roles.
- Expert-level understanding of Salesforce CRM architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom platform capabilities.
- Proven track record of working within Agile/Scrum frameworks and utilizing tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decision-making at the executive level.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets into actionable product insights.
Certifications & Education
- Active Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Product Owner) are highly preferred.
- SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) Certification is required for this role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Work Environment
This role is based onsite in Dallas, TX. Candidates must be local to the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The environment is collaborative and high-energy, focusing on delivering cutting-edge Salesforce solutions for a large-scale enterprise client. The contract duration is 12+ months with a high likelihood of extension based on performance.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $155,000 – $205,000 per year (Estimated)
