Role Overview: Senior Windows Developer
We are looking for a Senior Windows Developer to join the Chase technology team in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of critical Windows-based solutions, with a heavy emphasis on automation, infrastructure, and application deployment. You will play a pivotal role in supporting OS upgrades and building robust application images for enterprise-wide deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-performance Windows desktop and server applications using C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
- Create and maintain sophisticated scripts (PowerShell, Batch) for automation, infrastructure builds, and CI/CD pipeline optimization.
- Manage application images and ensure seamless compatibility with Windows OS upgrades and enterprise deployment strategies.
- Integrate applications with enterprise-grade relational databases, including SQL Server and Oracle.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to application deployment, infrastructure stability, and OS compatibility.
- Participate in the full Agile development lifecycle, including sprint planning, estimation, and delivery of high-quality code.
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation and deployment guides to support infrastructure and DevOps teams.
Required Technical Skills
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Windows application development.
- Expert-level proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, WPF, and WinForms.
- Advanced experience with scripting for automation and infrastructure tasks.
- Proven track record in infrastructure builds, pipeline automation, and modern DevOps practices.
- Strong knowledge of relational database management systems (SQL Server, Oracle).
- Experience with version control systems such as Git or TFS.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within the financial services industry or other highly regulated environments.
- Deep understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements for enterprise Windows applications.
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11, UWP, and large-scale desktop deployment strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $130,000 – $175,000 per year (Estimated)
