The primary objective is to transform complex educational data into actionable insights and clear recommendations that facilitate school growth and student success. This position requires a unique blend of technical proficiency in data visualization and a deep understanding of the educational sector’s statutory requirements. • Experience with Qualtrics and Smartsheet is highly preferred for survey design and project tracking.
  • Prior experience working within state agencies or the education sector is a significant advantage for understanding the regulatory context.

Data Governance and Stakeholder Engagement

A key component of this role is ensuring data integrity and fostering engagement with school districts. The Data Analyst will be responsible for establishing data governance standards for the platforms they build, ensuring that information is accurate, secure, and compliant with privacy laws. Furthermore, the analyst will engage with various stakeholders to gather requirements and provide training on how to use the developed tools. This collaborative approach ensures that the solutions built are not only technically sound but also highly relevant to the needs of the educators and administrators they serve.
