Role Overview

Tanisha Systems Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced .Net Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving technical innovation and excellence across our enterprise projects. As a Tech Lead, you will not only be a hands-on developer but also a visionary leader capable of guiding a team through complex architectural challenges. This position is a hybrid role, requiring local candidates in Austin, TX, or Fort Hill, SC. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the full software development lifecycle and a passion for building scalable, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade applications using .NET (C#) and Python.
  • Architect and maintain scalable microservices and cloud-native solutions on the AWS platform.
  • Drive the adoption of modern frontend frameworks, specifically Angular, to build responsive and intuitive user interfaces.
  • Implement feature flagging strategies using LaunchDarkly to manage feature rollouts, experimentation, and risk mitigation.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and code quality.
  • Integrate AI-enhanced developer tools like GitHub Copilot, GitHub Agent Mode, and Cursor into the development lifecycle to improve productivity and code consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, DevOps, and Quality Assurance, to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality software.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on our technical stack and business objectives.
  • Manage technical debt and ensure the long-term maintainability and scalability of the codebase.

Technical Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in application development with a strong focus on the .NET ecosystem.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or engineering lead capacity, managing development teams and delivering large-scale projects.
  • Expert-level proficiency in .NET (C#) and Python programming languages.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Angular; familiarity with other modern frameworks like React or Vue is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of architecting and deploying applications on AWS; knowledge of Azure or GCP is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of API development, microservices architecture, and cloud-native design patterns.
  • Experience with LaunchDarkly or similar feature flagging platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI-enhanced developer tools and a willingness to integrate them into the workflow.
  • Solid understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and practical exposure to integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
  • Experience with backlog management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Prior experience as a Tech Lead or Engineering Lead in a large-scale enterprise environment.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

This position is offered as a hybrid model, providing a balance between remote flexibility and in-person collaboration at our Austin, TX or Fort Hill, SC locations. We believe that face-to-face interaction is vital for brainstorming, team building, and effective leadership. Compensation & Location

Salary: $160,000 – $210,000 per year (Estimated)
