Opportunity: Product Manager & Analyst Roles (Credit Card Domain)

Core Responsibilities for Product Manager (Columbus, OH / Wilmington, DE)
- Define and execute the product vision and strategy for credit card offerings.
- Lead the end-to-end product development life cycle, from discovery and ideation to requirements definition and value management.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring traceability to the Definition of Ready/Done.
- Collaborate with data analytics teams to validate product experiments and deliver predictable cadences.
- Ensure all product artifacts are audit-ready and meet stringent control requirements.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and drive initiatives that improve unit economics and customer satisfaction.
Core Responsibilities for Business Analyst & Product Analyst
- Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements for credit card systems and GxP-regulated environments.
- Utilize wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma and Miro to design Minimum Viable Products (MVP).
- Perform deep-dive product analytics, including KPI tracking, funnel analysis, churn reduction, and adoption metrics.
- Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to support digital solutions in pharmaceutical R&D and manufacturing (for PA roles).
- Ensure systems comply with GxP regulations, maintaining data integrity and audit readiness.
- Support the implementation and lifecycle management of electronic laboratory notebooks (e-notebooks) like Revvity Signals or Benchling.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Business Analysis.
- Mandatory expertise in the Credit Card domain for PM and BA roles.
- Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies and JIRA setup/support.
- Strong proficiency in data literacy, experimentation, and A/B testing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven project management capabilities.
- For Product Analyst roles: Experience with GxP-compliant systems and Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical R&D is required.

Special Requirements

Compensation & Location
Salary: $130,000 – $185,000 per year (Estimated)
