Position Summary
Godigitive is seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Engineer for a high-impact contract engagement with LPL Financial Group in Austin, TX. This hybrid role requires a developer who can bridge the gap between robust backend microservices and modern, responsive frontend interfaces. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development of scalable enterprise web applications within the financial services sector, leveraging the latest in cloud and AI-enabled technologies.
Core Technical Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise-level scalable web applications using Java 8+, Spring Framework, and Hibernate.
- Architect and implement microservices architectures using Spring Cloud components such as Eureka, Nacos, Ribbon, Feign, and Gateway.
- Build and deploy cloud-native solutions utilizing Docker containers and AWS services (EC2, S3).
- Develop sophisticated Single Page Applications (SPA) using React.js, Redux, and React Router for the frontend.
- Maintain and enhance legacy frontend modules using Angular 2+, TypeScript, and RxJS Observables.
- Manage data persistence across diverse environments including SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and Elasticsearch.
- Implement event-driven architectures using RabbitMQ and Kafka for asynchronous processing.
- Ensure application security through Spring Security, JWT, OAuth2, and SSO implementations.
- Utilize the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) and Log4J for comprehensive logging and error tracing.
Innovation and Quality Engineering
- Drive the adoption of AI/ML-enabled testing strategies, including intelligent test generation and self-healing automation.
- Leverage Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) for automated test authoring and defect analysis.
- Architect reusable test frameworks for UI, API, and mobile platforms to be integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to promote shift-left quality practices and monitor predictive quality metrics.
- Mentor junior QE engineers and evaluate emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in software delivery.
Required Skills
- Expertise in Java 8+, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
- Deep knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, and Spring AOP.
- Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure and containerization (Docker).
- Proficiency in both SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
- Experience with modern testing tools including JUnit 5, Mockito, and Postman.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and collaborative tools like Jira and Git.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $130,000 – $145,000 per year
