About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Lead Architect to join our team. This role is critical in shaping and implementing our organization’s cybersecurity strategy, focusing on Identity and Access Management (IAM), Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of security principles, threat landscapes, and best practices in architecting robust and scalable security frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive cybersecurity architectures, with a strong emphasis on IAM, CIAM, and SSO solutions.
- Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures to protect organizational assets and data.
- Evaluate and recommend new security technologies and solutions to enhance our security posture.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to understand security requirements and translate them into actionable architectural designs.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to security teams and other IT personnel.
- Conduct security risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Stay abreast of emerging cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and trends.
- Architect and implement solutions using technologies such as Ping Identity, Okta, Azure AD, or similar platforms.
- Develop and manage security roadmaps and strategic plans.
- Oversee the implementation of security controls and measures across various systems and applications.
- Mentor junior security architects and engineers.
- Participate in incident response planning and execution.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Cyber Security Architect or in a similar senior security role.
- Extensive experience with IAM, CIAM, SSO, and related security protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
- Hands-on experience with identity management platforms like Ping Identity, Okta, Azure AD, ForgeRock, or similar.
- Strong understanding of network security, cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP), and application security.
- Experience with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP) are a plus.
