Role Overview: Lead QA and Drive Testing Excellence

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead QA Automation Engineer to lead our QA team and manage end-to-end testing activities for Salesforce applications. This role is crucial in defining our test strategy, developing comprehensive test plans, and implementing an effective automation approach. You will be responsible for developing and executing various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and automation testing, ensuring the highest quality of our software deliverables.

  • Test Strategy and Planning: Define and document the overall test strategy, create detailed test plans, and establish a robust automation roadmap.
  • Test Development and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive test cases for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Automation Frameworks: Implement and maintain advanced automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium WebDriverIO, Cypress, or Playwright.
  • Salesforce Application Testing: Possess deep expertise in testing Salesforce applications, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
  • CI/CD Integration: Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps for continuous testing and deployment.
  • Defect Management: Manage the defect tracking and reporting process using tools like JIRA or qTest, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with developers, product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Provide regular test metrics, status reports, and quality insights to project teams and management.
  • API Testing: Conduct API testing using tools like Postman or REST Assured.
  • Cloud Testing Platforms: Experience with cloud testing platforms such as Sauces or BrowserStack.
  • Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with Insurance, Banking, or CRM domains is a plus.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in automation testing, with a strong background in Salesforce application testing and proficiency in modern automation tools and CI/CD practices. This is a remote position.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 per year (Estimated)
