We are seeking a forward-thinking Product Owner to build and scale an AI-driven Quality Engineering (QE) platform. This role will define and deliver a next-generation QE platform that embeds AI into the SDLC to improve release velocity, platform stability, and advisor experience across mission-critical brokerage and advisory systems. The ideal candidate understands advisor-facing platforms, cloud-native enterprise architectures, and AI-enabled automation, and can translate complex business and regulatory needs into scalable, platform-level capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for an AI-driven QE platform.
  • Design QE platform capabilities aligned to cloud-native, API-first, React/Angular/.NET/AWS based architectures.
  • Drive AI-powered QE capabilities including intelligent test generation, self-healing automation, risk-based testing, intelligent defect triage, and quality analytics.
  • Partner with Engineering, QE, DevOps, and Platform teams to embed the QE platform into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ensure automation coverage across UI, API, integration, and data layers aligned to enterprise standards.
  • Define and validate functional and non-functional requirements including performance, resiliency, data accuracy, security, and auditability.
  • Verify and validate delivered capabilities to ensure alignment with advisor experience expectations and regulatory obligations.
  • Drive adoption using measurable outcomes such as release frequency, defect leakage, automation effectiveness, and production stability.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Compliance stakeholders to align quality strategy with advisor experience and enterprise risk.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner delivering AI-enabled platforms and automation solutions.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise QE and automation platforms (UI, API, integration, data).
  • Expertise in Agile/Scrum, backlog management, and high-quality story writing.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge advisor business workflows and engineering execution.
