Job Title: Salesforce Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to join our team in Austin, TX. This is an onsite position requiring 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Program/Project Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage cross-functional Salesforce initiatives from conception to completion.

  • Oversee business deployment and go-live tracking activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to management.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
  • Ensure successful adoption and integration of Salesforce solutions.
  • Mentor and guide project team members.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of proven experience in Salesforce project management.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with risk management and dependency tracking.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana).

Compensation & Location

Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year (Estimated)
