Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer with a strong background in automated testing to join our team. This role involves ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manual and automated test script creation, execution, and reporting, along with proficiency in performance testing tools and Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute manual test scripts to validate software functionality.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated QA test scripts using tools like Playwright and WebdriverIO.
- Create comprehensive QA test scripts to cover various testing scenarios.
- Conduct performance testing using tools such as JMeter to assess system responsiveness and stability under load.
- Develop and maintain QA Automated Test Case Reporting to track test execution and defect status.
- Collaborate with development teams in an Agile/Scrum environment, utilizing Jira for task management and tracking.
- Utilize XRay or Zephyr for test management within Jira.
- Perform accessibility testing to ensure compliance with accessibility standards.
- Experience with JavaScript and HTML is required for front-end testing aspects.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 12+ Years of experience in Quality Assurance.
- Proven experience in manual test script execution.
- Demonstrated experience in automated QA testing.
- Proficiency in QA test script creation.
- Experience in performance testing.
- Strong experience in QA Automated Test Case Reporting.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and HTML.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright and WebdriverIO for test automation.
- Experience with JMeter for performance testing.
- Solid understanding and practical experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with Jira for project management and issue tracking.
- Experience with test management tools like XRay or Zephyr.
- Experience in accessibility testing.
