Job Title: Database Administrator 3
We are seeking a highly experienced Database Administrator with a strong background in Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server to join our team in Austin, Texas. This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days onsite and 3 days remote work.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of database administration experience
- 8+ years with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server
- 8+ years in database design, analysis, and performance tuning
- 8+ years designing enterprise-level applications/services
- 8+ years working in Agile (Scrum) environments
- 8+ years with multi-tier architectures (SOA, Microservices, 3-Tier)
Strong Knowledge Of:
- Database structures and theories
- Data modeling and system design
- SDLC and documentation practices
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Azure SQL and ETL processes
- Experience with large-scale, high-availability database environments
- Cloud migration experience (On-Prem to Azure)
- Experience with Power BI reporting and analytics
- Experience with DevOps tools (CI/CD, Git, pipelines)
- Knowledge of Oracle GoldenGate
- Azure or DBA certifications

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
