Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled AIML Engineer with a strong background in the financial services domain for a long-term contract opportunity in New York, NY. This role requires a candidate who can integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and implement Agentic AI within production systems. The position involves a hybrid onsite work model, requiring 3-4 days per week in the office. Candidates local to New York or adjacent states are preferred.
- Develop and integrate AI/ML models, with a focus on LLM integration and Agentic AI implementation.
- Utilize Python for hands-on coding and development.
- Implement and integrate FAST API, Kafka, and REST API for ML models.
- Leverage GitHub and CoPilot for development and collaboration.
- Ensure AI experience is within production systems.
- Must have experience with Kafka in a production environment.
- Experience with Java and Angular is also required.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deploy and maintain AI/ML solutions.
- Contribute to the design and architecture of AI/ML systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI/ML model performance and integration.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven hands-on Python coding experience.
- Demonstrated experience in integrating LLMs.
- Proficiency with FAST API.
- Experience with Kafka integration, specifically in production.
- Experience with REST API integration for ML models.
- Familiarity with GitHub and CoPilot.
- Experience in Agentic AI implementation.
- Must have a strong understanding and experience within the financial services domain.
- Experience with Java and Angular is required.
- Experience deploying and managing AI in production systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
