Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager (EPM) with a strong background in program, project, and product management. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in contact center and/or e-commerce technologies, and a proven ability to drive complex initiatives across cross-functional teams in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end programs and projects across business and technical teams.
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment and successful delivery.
  • Drive execution of initiatives with full ownership, from planning through delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, scope, and timelines.
  • Analyze and communicate complex business processes, systems, and tools, with attention to upstream and downstream impacts.
  • Manage programs in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
  • Support and lead initiatives involving generative AI and agentic capabilities, particularly in customer-facing or operational environments.
  • Ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems and workflows.
  • Influence stakeholders at all levels and drive decision-making.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in program, project, or product management roles.
  • Strong experience with Contact Center and/or E-commerce systems, including: Payments and financing applications, Order management/maintenance tools, Workforce management systems, Telephony and chat platforms.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders across all organizational levels.
  • Hands-on experience managing end-to-end program delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Experience working in a global organization with regional and global scope.
  • Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Special Requirements

Onsite 3 days/week

Compensation & Location

Salary: $70 – $90 per year (Estimated)

Location: Austin, TX
