Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect with a strong focus on Contact Center technologies, AWS Cloud, and Microservices Architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing high-level and low-level design documents, leading technical discussions, and ensuring the successful implementation of scalable and robust solutions. This is an onsite position in Austin, TX, requiring 10+ years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents for contact center solutions.
- Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership for AWS Cloud initiatives.
- Architect and implement Microservices-based solutions, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- Leverage expertise in Contact Center Technologies (e.g., IVR, Omnichannel) to design effective customer engagement platforms.
- Utilize proficiency in Java & Spring Boot for backend development and integration.
- Implement event-driven systems using Kafka for real-time data processing and communication.
- Work with Kubernetes and containerization technologies for efficient deployment and management.
- Apply a strong understanding of Distributed Systems principles to design fault-tolerant applications.
- Integrate with CRM & Service Management platforms to enhance customer service workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in architecture and development.
- Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise standards and security best practices.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture or related technical leadership roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services.
- Expertise in Microservices Architecture design and implementation.
- In-depth knowledge of Contact Center Technologies (IVR, Omnichannel, etc.).
- Proficiency in Java & Spring Boot development.
- Experience with Kafka for building event-driven systems.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and containerization (Docker).
- Strong understanding of Distributed Systems concepts.
- Experience with CRM & Service Management platforms.
- Proven ability to create HLD & LLD documents.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in designing and implementing large-scale enterprise systems.
- Exposure to Contact Center integrations with platforms like Genesys, Amazon Connect, etc.
- Knowledge of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
