Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled L2 PeopleSoft Finance Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting PeopleSoft FSCM modules and a solid understanding of financial business processes. This role involves troubleshooting, analytical tasks, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience supporting PeopleSoft FSCM modules (GL, AP, AR, Supply Chain, Billing, Contracts).
- Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft tools such as SQL, PeopleSoft Query, Process Monitor, and Report Manager.
- Familiarity with Oracle database and PeopleTools environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience supporting financial business processes such as Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Provide L2 support for PeopleSoft Finance modules, addressing user issues and system errors.
- Perform root cause analysis for reported issues and implement effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
- Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and provide system support.
- Assist in testing new functionalities and system upgrades.
- Document support procedures and resolutions.
- Work closely with L3 support and development teams for complex issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a PeopleSoft Support Analyst or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM modules.
- Proficiency in SQL and PeopleSoft reporting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $70,000 – $95,000 per year (Estimated)
