Job Description:
We are seeking a Technical Product Owner with a background in QE automation who is now transitioning into a Product Owner role for a technical team leveraging AI. This role requires a strong understanding of both traditional QE automation practices and emerging AI-driven testing methodologies.
- Core QE Automation:
- Strong hands-on experience in QE/Test Automation (UI, API, and/or Mobile).
- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, RestAssured, Appium, or similar.
- Solid understanding of test frameworks, CI/CD integration, and test strategy.
- AI & Intelligent Automation:
- Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts applied to test automation.
- Experience with AI-based test generation or optimization.
- Experience with self-healing automation techniques.
- Experience with LLM-based solutions (e.g., test creation, analysis, or maintenance).
- Familiarity with AI platforms, APIs, or frameworks used in automation contexts.
- Product Owner & Agile:
- Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner or Technical BA.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum practices.
- Ability to work closely with engineering teams and make technology-driven product decisions.
- Nice to Have:
- Experience building or scaling AI-driven QE platforms.
- Exposure to MLOps or AI model lifecycle management.
- Background in DevOps, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience in enterprise-scale automation programs.

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
