Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with strong Python programming expertise to design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure and automation systems. The ideal candidate will improve system reliability, performance, and deployment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for faster deployments
- Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
- Work with development teams to improve system design and scalability
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices
- Manage cloud infrastructure and containerized applications
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Python scripting/programming
- Hands-on with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Knowledge of Docker & Kubernetes
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
- Good understanding of Linux systems and networking
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices
- Knowledge of microservices architecture
- Experience handling high-availability production systems
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Special Requirements
Must be available for in-person interview in Austin, TX. Must have valid US work authorization (USC / GC / H4 EAD). No sponsorship.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $65 – $85 per year
