Job Summary:
Our client, a prominent leader in the automotive industry dedicated to achieving a future with Zero Crashes, Zero Emissions, and Zero Congestion, is seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP Functional Analyst. This role is crucial for their Manufacturing IT team, with a primary focus on SAP Digital Manufacturing (DM), Production Planning (PP), and Materials Management (MM). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with cutting-edge SAP technologies, including SAP S/4HANA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage SAP Digital Manufacturing, PP, and MM projects, leveraging advanced SAP technologies.
- Drive the entire lifecycle of requirements gathering, validation, and documentation for SAP solutions, ensuring seamless alignment with core business processes.
- Actively participate in global projects, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Aftersales.
- Contribute to solution design, comprehensive testing, and successful deployment phases.
- Provide essential support for SAP implementations and Application Management services.
- Ensure end-to-end process validation and integrity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in collaboration with ABAP developers, Basis Administrators, and Infrastructure teams.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, configuration guides, and training materials to facilitate effective knowledge transfer and user adoption.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP PP and MM, encompassing both configuration and design of non-standard functionalities.
- SAP certification in Digital Manufacturing (DM), PP, and/or MM is highly desirable.
- Extensive experience working with SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Proven hands-on experience in ABAP development.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and coordinate tasks across global teams.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience with SAP Automotive solutions, SAP AI, and Fiori.
- Knowledge of SAP HANA, Warehouse Management, and integration with manufacturing/logistics systems.
- Experience working within regulated environments and a strong understanding of SAP security roles and authorizations.
- Project management certifications such as Agile, Scrum, or SAP Activate.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $124,800 – $166,400 per year (Estimated)
