Job Description: Lead/Sr. Java Full Stack Developer

We are hiring for an urgent role for a Lead/Sr. Java Full Stack Developer with 12+ years of experience. This position requires candidates to be local to the specified locations and work onsite 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Primarily work experience with building enterprise server-side applications using J2EE Technologies.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code using Core Java, Spring, and Hibernate.
  • Implement and support UI technologies, with a strong preference for React.
  • Apply excellent design skills, including the use of Design Patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with Java/JEE, Spring, ORM/Hibernate, XML, XPath, XSLT, Web services (RESTful), and Webserver (Apache Tomcat preferred).
  • Write efficient SQL queries for databases (Sybase or DB2 preferred).
  • Work with XML, XSLT, SOAP, and JSON formats.
  • Utilize Junit and J-Profiler/J-probe (or any profiling tool) for testing and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and stability.

Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
  • Excellent Core Java, Spring, and Hibernate programming skills.
  • Strong foundation and/or working knowledge of UI Technologies (React).
  • Excellent Design skills (Design Patterns).
  • Proficiency in SQL queries for databases (Sybase or DB2 preferred).
  • Experience with Junit, J-Profiler/J-probe.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and planning skills.
