Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer/Architect with deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions that streamline business processes, enhance automation, and deliver strategic value. This is a hybrid role with a possibility for remote work, located in Columbus, Ohio.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.
- Implement and maintain workflows using Integration Hub and Flow Designer.
- Perform platform configuration, customization, and enhancements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Ensure best practices in ServiceNow architecture and development are followed.
- Mentor and guide junior developers on platform capabilities and technical standards.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its modules.
- CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer) certifications are mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow integrations.
- Proven experience in ServiceNow development, customization, and solution design.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, or ITBM modules.
Additional Information
- Location: Columbus, Ohio (Possibility for hybrid).
- Duration: 6 to 12 months.
- Background Check (BGC): Criminal background check from 18th birthday till date.
- Drug test will be conducted.
- BCI (Bureau of Criminal Investigation) and FBI fingerprint checks will be performed.
- Onboarding will happen once all checks are complete.
Special Requirements
Background checks (BGC, BCI, FBI fingerprinting), Drug test. Only US candidates considered (no Visa / ). Minimum 15 years of experience.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
