Job Title: Oracle EBS R12 Technical Lead / Senior Developer
We have an immediate contract opportunity for an experienced Oracle EBS R12 Technical Lead / Senior Developer with strong expertise in implementation projects, particularly in the Order to Cash (O2C) module. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading technical design, development, and deployment activities while collaborating with cross-functional and offshore teams.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS R12 Technical Lead / Senior Developer with strong expertise in implementation projects, particularly in the Order to Cash (O2C) module. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading technical design, development, and deployment activities while collaborating with cross-functional and offshore teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical design, development, and deployment of Oracle EBS R12 solutions in implementation projects.
- Collaborate with customers, functional consultants, and offshore teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Design and develop RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions).
- Build and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, and database objects.
- Develop and support integrations using Oracle B2B, EDI, and other integration frameworks.
- Customize and develop using:
- Oracle Forms & Reports
- Oracle Application Framework (OAF)
- Oracle APEX
- Oracle Workflow
- APIs and Web Services
- Design and develop ECC (Enterprise Command Center) dashboards.
- Ensure performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization of applications.
- Provide technical support and guidance during all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular status updates.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Oracle EBS R12 implementation projects.
- Hands-on expertise in Order to Cash (O2O) modules.
- Proficiency in:
- PL/SQL development
- RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions)
- Experience with:
- Oracle B2B & EDI integrations
- Oracle Forms, Reports, OAF, APEX
- Workflow and API development
- ECC dashboards
- Solid understanding of integration architecture and data flows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in global/offshore delivery models.
- Exposure to end-to-end ERP implementation lifecycle.
- Knowledge of additional Oracle modules is a plus.
Special Requirements
Only H1B, H4-EAD, E3, OPT-EAD, USC and TN Visas are applicable (No GC's or GC-EAD's). Onsite position.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
