Role Overview
We are looking for a Scrum Master to support a crossfunctional delivery team working on a banking clients Account Opening Modernization initiative. This role is responsible for ensuring Agile best practices are followed, removing impediments, and enabling consistent, predictable delivery across technical and business teams.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile delivery environments
- Experience supporting technical delivery teams (engineering, data, integration)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Experience working with tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, SAFe, or equivalent)
- Experience in banking or financial services
- Experience supporting modernization or integration-heavy initiatives
Special Requirements
Onsite 4 days/week required for candidates near Columbus, OH. Banking/Financial Services industry preference. Remote location, but requires hybrid onsite presence.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $70,000 – $100,000 per year (Estimated)
