Job Title: ETL Talend Developer
This role is for an experienced ETL Talend Developer to work with one of our clients. The position is located in Boston, MA or Princeton, MA and is an onsite role starting from day 1. The duration is for 12+ months.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain ETL processes using Talend Open Studio.
- Design, develop, and implement data warehousing solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy throughout the ETL process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ETL processes and data pipelines.
- Optimize ETL jobs for performance and efficiency.
- Document ETL processes, data mappings, and technical specifications.
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in ETL and data warehousing.
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field.
- Proven experience as an ETL Developer, preferably with Talend Open Studio.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and principles.
- Experience with SQL and database technologies.
- Familiarity with data modeling techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $106,000 – $114,400 per year (Estimated)
