Role Overview: Full Stack Software Developer (Junior-Mid Level)
MR Technosoft is seeking a dynamic and motivated Full Stack Software Developer to join our engineering team in Denver, CO. This onsite position is specifically tailored for junior to mid-level professionals with 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about building clean, user-friendly interfaces and robust, scalable back-end systems. Local candidates in the Denver area are highly preferred and will be given priority consideration.
Key Responsibilities and Technical Requirements
- Front-End Excellence: You will be responsible for developing high-quality user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Proficiency in at least one modern framework—React.js, Vue.js, or Angular—is essential. You should have a strong eye for UI/UX principles to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Back-End Development: Build and maintain efficient back-end services using Python, specifically leveraging frameworks like FastAPI or Flask. You will design and implement RESTful APIs, ensuring proper request/response handling, validation, and error management.
- Database Management: Demonstrate a strong understanding of database design and SQL. Experience with SQLite and PostgreSQL is required for managing data persistence and complex queries.
- Tools and Environment: Work comfortably in Linux or macOS environments. You will use Git/GitHub for version control, branching, and code reviews. Debugging and API testing will be performed using tools like Postman.
- Optimization and Best Practices: Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code. You will focus on performance optimization for both the UI and APIs to ensure high-speed application delivery.
Preferred Qualifications and Growth Areas
- Experience with modern UI frameworks such as Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or Material UI.
- Basic understanding of networking fundamentals including IP, ports, and HTTP/HTTPS protocols.
- Familiarity with authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth, JWT).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
- Exposure to logging, monitoring, and troubleshooting in a production environment.
- Any knowledge of Android or iOS device automation is considered a significant plus.
