Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Architect with over 10 years of IT experience and deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture (ERP/HCM/SCM/Projects). The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and governing the end-to-end technical architecture within the Oracle Fusion ecosystem, ensuring solutions align with program strategy and enterprise architecture standards. This role requires hands-on experience with various Oracle Fusion Cloud components and reporting frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Architecture & Solution Design: Define and govern the end-to-end technical architecture for micro projects within the Oracle Fusion ecosystem. Ensure solution designs align with program strategy, technical guardrails, and overall enterprise architecture. Provide architectural inputs for CRP2, SIT, cutover activities, and go-live planning.
  • Oracle Fusion Reporting Architecture: Govern all reporting under the Fusion scope using BI Publisher (BIP) for structured/operational reporting and OTBI for analytical and ad hoc reporting. Validate report requirements, data sources, and performance. Ensure all Fusion reporting aligns with functional design and security models.
  • Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Architecture Support: Oversee reporting from Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), leveraging existing ETL pipelines and data models. Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data freshness, quality, and performance.
  • Integration Architecture (OIC / APIs / Data Flows): Govern integration patterns across OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI/HDL, and BIP extracts. Review integration designs for reusability, performance, and compliance with standards. Ensure integrations for CRP2, SIT, and go-live readiness are designed and delivered on time.
  • Environment, Testing & Deployment Support: Support SIT readiness by validating environment setups, technical dependencies, and interface configurations. Provide guidance on technical test scenarios for SIT and data validation strategies. Support mock cutovers, deployment planning, and go-live technical readiness.
  • Performance, Security & Compliance: Ensure all technical components meet performance, scalability, and security requirements. Validate compliance with InfoSec, SOX/ISO standards, and audit requirements. Review role-based access for Fusion reports, OIC integrations, and FDI data models.
  • Technical Governance & Review: Conduct architecture reviews, design validation sessions, and technical walkthroughs. Ensure documentation completeness for designs, data flows, integrations, and reporting. Manage technical risks and dependencies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Functional SMEs, OIC developers, reporting teams, data engineering teams, and environment teams. Provide architectural sign-offs and support change impact assessments. Collaborate with Oracle Support for SR resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of IT experience with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture (ERP/HCM/SCM/Projects).
  • Hands-on experience with BI Publisher, OTBI, Fusion reporting frameworks.
  • Experience with Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) / FAW / Oracle Analytics.
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, HDL.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) components (ATP, Object Storage, VCN).
  • Strong understanding of SIT cycles, CRP workshops, cutover technical dependencies, and go-live readiness workflows.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

  • OCI Architect or OIC Developer certification.
  • Experience with Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) advanced modeling.
  • Experience in large enterprise transformation programs.
  • Knowledge of micro project execution and modular delivery patterns.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 per year (Estimated)
