Role Overview
Diverse Lynx LLC is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Analyst for a contract position in Cleveland, OH. This role is focused on implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Payroll, and Talent Management. You will be responsible for conducting requirement gathering sessions, documenting business processes, and configuring the system to meet client needs. This position requires a strong blend of HR business process knowledge and technical proficiency in Oracle HCM tools like Fast Formulas and HDL.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Payroll, and Talent Management.
- Conduct detailed requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders and document end-to-end business processes.
- Configure HCM modules based on specific client requirements and industry best practices.
- Perform rigorous system testing, data validation, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Provide comprehensive end-user training and post-go-live support to ensure smooth system adoption.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement integrations and reporting solutions.
- Utilize Fast Formulas, HDL (HCM Data Loader), and HCM Extracts for data management and system logic.
- Ensure that HR business processes are optimized and aligned with the Oracle HCM Cloud architecture.
Technical Requirements
- Significant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud or EBS HCM.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and functional workflows.
- Expertise in Fast Formulas, HDL, and HCM Extracts.
- Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL is highly desirable.
- Experience with ETL tools (ODI, PowerCenter, etc.) and data warehousing concepts is a plus.
- Familiarity with UNIX/Linux shell scripting and version control tools.
Professional Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field is required. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical configurations. We are looking for a proactive professional who can work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a contract environment. Experience with data modeling and performance tuning in an Oracle environment is an advantage.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $130,000 – $180,000 per year
