Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Oracle WMS Techno-Functional Consultant with strong experience in Oracle EBS manufacturing and warehouse management modules. This role will partner closely with manufacturing leaders, supply chain teams, and IT stakeholders to design, implement, and support enterprise logistics and manufacturing solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle EBS WMS and manufacturing modules, strong functional understanding of manufacturing operations, and hands-on technical capability. Experience with Intellinum WMS is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with manufacturing leaders and business stakeholders to define supply chain and logistics solutions
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements
- Analyze current-state vs future-state processes
- Design and implement Oracle EBS manufacturing and warehouse solutions
- Support Oracle EBS modules related to manufacturing and supply chain
- Lead solution design workshops and cross-functional meetings
- Create training materials, test plans, and user documentation
- Lead user training sessions and system testing
- Provide production support for Oracle EBS manufacturing systems
- Participate in all phases of the SDLC lifecycle
- Assist with project planning, timeline estimation, and resource planning
Required Technical Skills
- 5+ years experience with Oracle EBS
- Strong experience with Oracle WMS
- Experience implementing or supporting at least two of these modules: WMS, WIP, BOM, MRP, Inventory, Purchasing, Cost, Order Management
- Experience working in Discrete Manufacturing environments
- Experience supporting manufacturing and logistics business processes
- Strong business process analysis and documentation skills
- Experience participating in full SDLC lifecycle
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Intellinum WMS
- Experience with Configure-to-Order / Engineer-to-Order manufacturing environments
- Oracle EBS version 12.2.x
- Experience leading cross-functional business projects

Salary: $70 – $90 per year (Estimated)
