Job Description: ETL (Informatica) Developer

We have an urgent requirement for an experienced ETL (Informatica) Developer to join our client’s team in Phoenix, AZ. This is an onsite position requiring local candidates only for client evaluation. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing complex ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop complex ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter.
  • Extract, transform, and load data from various heterogeneous sources (SQL, Oracle, XML, Flat Files) into target databases.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Develop and maintain Unix scripts for ETL processes.
  • Analyze data to identify discrepancies and resolve data quality issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure successful data integration.
  • Troubleshoot and debug ETL processes.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the ETL process.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Extensive experience with Informatica PowerCenter.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL.
  • Experience with Unix scripting.
  • Solid understanding of relational databases.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues.
  • Experience working with heterogeneous data sources (SQL, Oracle, XML, Flat Files).

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of other ETL tools.
  • Experience with data warehousing concepts.

  • This is a contract position with a duration of 6 months.
  • The role is located in Phoenix, AZ and is strictly onsite.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 per year (Estimated)
