Position Summary: Guidewire Test Lead
We are looking for a dynamic and technically proficient Guidewire Test Lead to spearhead our testing initiatives in Columbus, Ohio. This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and reliability of Guidewire application implementations across PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter workstreams. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical testing expertise, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of the insurance technology landscape.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead the Guidewire testing workstream through all phases of the technology enablement life cycle, from initial requirements gathering to final deployment.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and detailed test cases for transformation projects, including SIT and UAT phases.
- Manage onshore service delivery teams, coordinating resources and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality testing services to clients.
- Oversee defect management processes, including triaging, test coverage analysis, and the creation of regression test suites.
- Collaborate closely with functional, configuration, and integration counterparts to deliver integrated quality products.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements and optimizing service delivery for maximum efficiency.
Technical Skills and Automation Requirements
- Proven experience in Guidewire application testing (Policy, Claim, or Billing Center).
- Strong automation background with the ability to develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Cypress.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance to support modern DevOps practices.
- Advanced analytical skills to interpret testing data and inform strategic decision-making.

Logistics
This is a 12-month onsite contract position in Columbus, OH. Candidates must be prepared to work full-time at the client location and participate in all project-related meetings and activities onsite.
Special Requirements
Onsite requirement; Guidewire domain restriction; Cypress automation experience required.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $140,000 – $185,000 per year (Estimated)
